Mothers Day yet?

ARE WE LATE ???
Been so busy lately, mom is a bit neglected.
My son and I built this and put a first coat of stain on it today.

Yes, light was bad (it was dark, we had a spot light)
tried to diffuse flash on a few, but didnt work.

My son, in the one picture is blurred, as it took a 3 second exposure, and he can't sit still that long lol.

Looking for comments on the bird house, not really the pictures as I know the lighting was real bad and I am not good enough to compensate.

Also need to point out 2 things;

Bird house is not secured together, so if it looks uneven , it IS!!! need to wait for stain to dry first.

Also, I am not very good at construction, but my son and I did our best, and the ONE color is pretty boring and we are looking to add to it.
anyways nuff said, do you thing Mom will be happy?

Ok, I can see that it's not finished. The first shot of the bird house at the angle you took it looks good. Maybe make the roof a darker colour and add some trim around the house probably the same darker colour as roof. Took alot of planning and work and it's a fair size. Would like to see another photo of the finished product. Once finished, I'm sure your mother will love it! Late or not for mother's day!

HAHAHAHAHAHHA.... i can see he cant sit still, or doesnt want too :P but ya, the bird house turned out really good... cant wait to see the finished product :) But, mothers are very appriciative, especially since you built it yourself, so she will love it :)
