Hi photography newbie here

So I just bought my first digital slr camera, a nikon d5000 with extra 55-200 lens. I'm really excited to start taking pictures. I recently moved to Vancouver, BC which is very picturesque great spot for beautiful pictures. And I hope to take some great action shots of my dogs too :)

I'm starting to build up other possible equipment like bags and filters software so if anyone has any newbie tips or advance its always welcome.

Hi Cinwick....welcome to the forum! Look around...lots of tips on here!
You may also want to invest in a good tripod!
Vancouver is a great place for taking pictures!
